Write what you feel:

I find that writing down how you are feeling, helps release the power of your emotions and makes you feel ten pounds lighter. This works well if you have troubles telling people or a person how you feel. After you have written the words, go back the next day and reread them. Sometimes you'll find out that the things you were bothered by might not be as bad as you thought.
